Preparation Wash your hair thoroughly the night before or on the day of the treatment. Avoid blood-thinning medications (e.g., aspirin, ibuprofen) for a few days before the treatment. Hydrate well the day before your appointment. Avoid alcohol and smoking 24 hours before the appointment. Arrive at your appointment with clean hair free of gel, spray, and oils.
